I started this journey because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in motherhood, losing yourself in the daily grind, and still wanting more. After navigating postpartum challenges, balancing a career, and caring for a spouse with a disability, I realized moms need real support — not just more advice.

MomBAE began as a nonprofit focused on postpartum care and has evolved into a lifestyle and wellness brand built to help moms thrive. From career support and resume building to postpartum kits and self-care tools, everything I create is rooted in empathy and lived experience.
